In the rapid development of the chemical industry today, environmental protection has become an urgent task. The issues of waste water, waste gas and solid waste generated by chemical production are becoming more prominent, posing severe challenges to corporate development. Facing this challenge, our company is actively exploring innovation and committed to improving and optimizing "three wastes" treatment technology to meet the ever-increasing environmental protection requirements.
In terms of waste gas treatment, we adopt a variety of technical means. For different types of waste gases, we have introduced acid washing, alkali washing, water washing and other pretreatment methods to effectively remove harmful substances in the waste gases. Advanced RTO regenerative thermal oxidation systems are used to oxidize and treat organic compounds before discharging them into the atmosphere at high altitudes. At the same time, appropriate measures are taken for the inorganic components in the waste gases to meet emission standards.
In terms of wastewater treatment, we fully consider the diversity and complexity of chemical production processes. In view of the complex composition and difficulty in treating characteristics of the wastewater, we have adopted a variety of processes including pretreatment, neutralization, flocculation, precipitation and so on. In particular for the alkaline wastewater, after pretreatment, neutralization, flocculation and precipitation, it can be reused or safely discharged.
For solid waste treatment, we focus on meeting emission standards and reducing the hazard of solid waste. Using incinerators to treat combustible waste, oxidizing and burning it at high temperatures into harmless carbon dioxide, water and other substances, while thoroughly killing various pathogens and greatly reducing the amount of waste and lowering the volume and hazard of solid waste.
In terms of integrated treatment, we pay attention to the integrated utilization of resources and energy and cost control. For the wastewater generated from waste gas and solid waste, we incorporate it into the wastewater treatment unit to avoid additional construction and operating costs. The waste gas generated during the wastewater treatment process is also incorporated into the waste gas treatment unit to reduce air pollution around the environment. In addition, we make full use of the heat generated during the incineration of waste gas and solid waste for the insulation of the wastewater treatment system to achieve integrated utilization of energy and reduce operating costs.
